Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the website available at https://dw288.cam, including all sub-pages, features, tools, and services accessible through it.
• "dw288", "we", "us", "our" means the operator of the Platform and the legal entity responsible for providing the services described herein.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Funds" means any balance denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) held in a Player's Account.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any financial stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or other game of chance available through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback award, or other incentive offered by dw288 to Players subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and documentation verification process required to maintain an Account in good standing.
• "Restricted Territories" means any jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the dw288 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their Account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. dw288 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of dw288 or any affiliated entity.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion, cooling-off, or any other player-protection restriction imposed by dw288 or another gambling operator.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

Account Registration

To place bets or access real-money games on dw288, you must create a registered Account. Registration is free of charge. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one Account. Duplicate or multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited. If dw288 detects multiple Accounts registered to the same individual (identified by name, address, device, payment method, IP address, or other technical identifiers), all duplicate Accounts will be suspended, any Bonus credit will be forfeited, and winnings generated through Bonus funds may be voided.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date throughout your relationship with dw288. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dw288 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized activity on your Account, contact our support team immediately via live chat or email.

3.4 KYC Verification

dw288 is required to conduct identity verification before processing withdrawals. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued National Identity Card (KTP), proof of residential address dated within three months, and a selfie verification photograph. Failure to complete KYC within the prescribed timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account restriction.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the dw288 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals through major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet services OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 (amount may vary by payment method).
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes, subject to third-party payment processing times.
• dw288 does not impose fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Funds deposited must be sourced from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for verified Accounts with standard payment methods. Processing times may extend to 24 hours in exceptional circumstances.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified Accounts may not withdraw Funds until verification is complete.
• dw288 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests as part of its anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures.

4.3 Currency

All amounts on the Platform are displayed and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). dw288 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

Bonuses & Promotions

dw288 offers various promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and other promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the Bonus amount (or winnings derived from Bonus funds) can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Players should review these requirements carefully before opting in to any promotion.

5.2 Eligibility for Bonuses

• Each promotion is available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria (e.g., minimum deposit, new vs. existing Players, minimum odds) will be specified per promotion.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion period unless otherwise stated.
• Bets placed with Bonus funds on certain excluded markets or games may not count toward wagering requirements. Excluded markets will be listed in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

dw288 operates a zero-tolerance policy on Bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent, and colluding with other Players to exploit promotional terms. Where Bonus abuse is detected, dw288 reserves the right to void all Bonus-related winnings, restrict Account features, or terminate the Account.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

dw288 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without prior notice in the event of a technical error or fraud.

Betting & Game Rules

By placing a Bet on the dw288 Platform, you acknowledge and accept the relevant sporting or game rules applicable to that market. Specific rules govern each product category offered on the Platform.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets include single bets, accumulator bets (known as mix parlay — a multi-selection accumulator popular in Indonesia), Asian handicap bets (known as voor bola — the handicap line assigned to even out match odds), and various special markets. All bets are accepted subject to available odds and market limits. dw288 reserves the right to limit stake amounts, suspend markets, or void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, match irregularities, or confirmed match-fixing.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are provided via certified third-party streaming studios. Game outcomes are determined by licensed dealers operating in real time. In the event of a technical disconnection mid-game, dw288 will follow the recorded game state at the time of disconnection to determine the outcome. The Platform is not liable for losses arising from the Player's own internet or device failure.

6.3 Lottery (Togel)

The Platform offers access to togel (Toto Gelap — Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) markets including Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY), and Togel Macau. Draw results are sourced from the respective official lottery pools. dw288 is not responsible for any delays or discrepancies in official draw results published by third-party lottery authorities.

6.4 Slot Games

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee results in any individual playing session. Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dw288, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, dw288 expressly disclaims liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, unexpected downtime, third-party infrastructure failures, or force-majeure events;
• Errors in odds, payouts, or game results caused by technical malfunction or data-feed errors from third-party providers (subject to the outcome-correction procedures described in Clause 6);
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality;
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling decisions made by you on the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 5.000.000, whichever is lesser.

Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any of the following conduct while using the dw288 Platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access account features, or circumvent Platform security measures;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime using the Platform as a vehicle;
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been generated under normal operating conditions;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code from the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dw288 support staff or other Platform users;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true geographical location or circumvent access restrictions;
• Registering or operating an Account on behalf of a third party.

Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by dw288

dw288 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other conduct that may harm Players, dw288, or third parties. During a suspension period, your Funds will remain protected and will not be used for any purpose other than satisfying legitimate outstanding liabilities.

11.2 Termination by dw288

Following investigation, dw288 may permanently close an Account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. In such cases, dw288 may, in its sole discretion, forfeit any Bonus credit and void winnings derived from Bonus funds, returning only deposits made from verified personal payment methods.

11.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining verified Funds will be returned to your registered payment method. Please note that Account closure does not automatically constitute self-exclusion; if you wish to prevent re-registration for responsible gaming purposes, you must specifically request self-exclusion.

Privacy & Data

dw288 collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Key principles include:

Amendments

dw288 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange voluntary Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Funds.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals designated by dw288's licensing authority for the resolution of any disputes.

Nothing in this clause limits dw288's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in connection with unauthorized use of the Platform, intellectual property infringement, or breach of confidentiality obligations.
